Trouble for the Troubler

We believers in the US haven’t died for our faith, but perhaps people have troubled us in other ways

Passed over for job promotions.

Excluded by others in the workplace.

Bullied into silence about our Lord.

Openly mocked for our Christian views.

If we’ve experienced these troubles, God will set everything right one day. He is just and will judge the perpetrators of such treatment.

He will not forget how others have hurt us and will punish them accordingly.

If we suffer under repeated injuries and long for release, God will bring that to us as well.

Let’s keep persevering as God keeps watch over us. Everything will be made right at Jesus’ second coming.

2 Thessalonians 1:6–7 (NIV84): God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well.
